Unsere Größe und Farbe sind frei. Sie können diese Bestellung mit Ihren eigenen Wünschen aufgeben. Wir werden das Kleid entsprechend Ihrer neuen Nachricht herstellen.
2. Kann ich am Originaldesign einige Änderungen vornehmen oder kann Ihre Fabrik mein eigenes Design herstellen?
Absolut OK! Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns vor der Bestellung.

4. Dringende oder Eilbestellung

5.Zollgebühren

4. Das Kleid kann in individueller Größe, Farbe und Ausführung angefertigt werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend, vor dem Online-Kauf eines Kleides einen professionellen Schneider zu beauftragen, der Ihre Maße sorgfältig nach den Maßangaben misst.
5. Keine Kleider von der Stange. Alle Kleider müssen individuell angefertigt werden! Der gesamte Prozess der Maßanfertigung (ab Zahlungseingang und Maßangabe) dauert 8-15 Werktage (ausgenommen dringende Bestellungen).
6. Lesen Sie vor der Bestellung bitte alle unsere Angebote sorgfältig durch. Wenn Sie Fragen haben, können Sie sich gerne an uns wenden.

Size Measurement Guide
Learn how to properly measure your body for the perfect fit
Bust
This is a measurement of the fullest part of your bust or body circumference at the bust. It is a body measurement which measures the circumference of a woman's torso at the level of the breasts.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's levelled all the way around.
This isn't your bra size!
Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides.
Wear the bra you're planning to wear with your dress when taking this.
Waist
This is a measurement of your natural waistline, or the smallest part of your waist.
Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor. Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist.
Hips
This is a measurement around fullest part of your buttocks.
Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9" below your natural waistline. Keep tape parallel with floor all the way around.
Hollow to Hem
This is the distance from your hollow to the hem of the dress.
Hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.
When taking this measurement, stand straight with your feet together.
We define knee length as the area just below your knee caps.
Measuring too high may result in a dress that is too short.
If this is a floor length dress please make sure you measure without wearing shoes.
Back Shoulder Width
This is the distance from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.
Place the tape on "top" of the shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.
Sleeve Length
This is the measurement from your shoulder seam to where you would like your sleeve to end.
Measure from your shoulder seam to desired sleeve length with your arm relaxed by your side to get the best possible measurement.
Measure with your arm slightly bent.
Armscye
This is the measurement of your armhole.
In order to take your armscye measurement, you must wrap the measuring tape over the top of your shoulder and around under your armpit.
Arm Circumference
This is a measurement around the fullest part of your upper arm.
Measure with the muscle relaxed.

Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 5-7 working days to all major destinations.Expedited shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your order.
Please note: The Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
Normal order: Tailoring Time is about 4-5 days.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are 10-15 working days to all major destinations. Standard shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your order.
Before we can ship your order, sunnderly.com has to prepare your products, perform strict quality-control tests and package items carefully. The above delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Cancellation:
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you want. Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. Please follow the cancellation policy, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email: service@sunnderly.com
1. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: You will get 94.5%(Platform will charge 5.5% )
2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.
3. Order can be canceled >120 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.
Exchange:
1. Contact us within 3 working days after you receive the product.
2.We will ship the new product once we receive the product you returned.
3.You need to pay the return shipping fee.
Return:
We will issue a full refund if the product you received has any quality problem caused by us after you returned the item. Please see the following list of quality issues that are for full refund:
Wrong Size(size is different from what you ordered),
Wrong Color(color is different from what you ordered),
Wrong style,
Damaged products.
Note :
1.Custom size and custom color products return only can be refunded 50% of the product's price, because custom products can't be sold again, thank you so much for your understanding.

How to return:
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order.
2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc.
3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days.
4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours.
5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.
